Protecting patient privacy is a top priority for MDLIVE. Our processes are designed to keep patient information secure, and uphold the strictest privacy standards.

On April 18, 2017, a baseless class-action lawsuit was filed against MDLIVE, falsely claiming that sensitive MDLIVE patient information had been exposed to unauthorized third parties. We have confirmed that patient information is safe, and there was no data breach or HIPAA violation. The claims of this lawsuit are misleading and entirely without merit. MDLIVE is seeking immediate dismissal of the lawsuit. The lawsuit has no impact on our day-to-day business or our focus on our customers.
